ABOUT THE FOUNDATION
The Gudrun Sjödén Foundation was established and approved by the County Administrative Board of Stockholm on 5 June 2019. Gudrun’s vision is to ensure the long-term preservation and protection of the ideas behind the Gudrun Sjödén brand. The Foundation’s Board members believe this can be done by supporting projects that incorporate the ideas behind the Foundation’s vision:
- Design and crafts
- Green and global values
- Women’s entrepreneurship
- Textile research
It is our aim to award amounts that are mostly in the range of SEK 50,000 to SEK 150,000. We will also occasionally award grants for participation in courses and seminars in Sweden and other countries.
